We have lined up what we ask of you and what Novaia Labs does, in order. You pay twice: before production starts, and after you have confirmed the finished work.
Inquiry
Tell us about the site you want to make, through the form or by email.
Consultations and quotes are free. We reply within 2 business days, as a rule.
Hearing and quote
Tell us your purpose, your audience, your materials and your preferred timing.
We propose a plan, a price and the scope of work. If needed, we talk online.
Contract and down payment
Agree to the specification and terms, and pay the down payment (50%) by bank transfer.
We issue an invoice. Production starts after the payment is confirmed.
Choosing the design direction
Compare directions as images and choose one. We then show the chosen direction as a design with real text for you to confirm.
We propose directions as images and turn your choice into a design with real text. After that, we refine it into a working Preview.
Review in Preview and acceptance
Try the Preview yourself, on desktop and on a phone.
Revisions are handled within the number included in your plan.
Balance and launch
After acceptance, pay the balance (50%) by bank transfer.
Once the payment is confirmed, we publish the site and hand it over.
30 days of support after launch
Tell us if you find a defect.
For 30 days after launch, we fix defects related to the agreed specification free of charge. After that, an optional care plan is available.
TimingEstimated duration
The production period is an estimate, counted from receipt of the down payment and once the necessary materials are in hand.

- English or Japanese. The sample sites you can open on this site are in Japanese.

- Japan Standard Time (UTC+9). Business days are counted in Japan time.

- Japanese yen (JPY), tax included, exactly as shown on the Plans page.
- Payment and invoicing
- Confirmed individually after your inquiry. The payment terms of the Plans page (50% down payment, 50% balance after you confirm the finished work) apply.
