As a rule, we reply by email within 2 business days (Japan time). If it helps, we can also talk online.

Choose "Not decided (would like advice)" under preferred plan in the form. We will ask about your purpose, materials and budget, and suggest a plan that fits.

We ask about your purpose and the feel you want, then you compare design directions as images and choose one. You confirm the chosen direction as a design with real text before we go on to build.

ESSENTIAL is built mainly around materials you provide. SIGNATURE and PREMIUM include a proposed site structure and copy. If paid materials or photography are needed, we explain that in advance.

No. The sites and designs on this site are self-initiated works that Novaia Labs made around fictional brands. They have no connection with any real company or shop. Novaia Labs does not yet have a commercial delivery record.

No. The standard of visual quality is the same across all three plans. What changes is the number of pages, the scope of work and the complexity of expression.

No. None of the plans is limited to an industry or a mood. We design from zero to suit the purpose of your shop or brand.

By bank transfer. We take 50% of the price first as a down payment, and production starts once it is confirmed. The remaining 50% is invoiced after you confirm the finished work, and we publish and hand over once that payment is confirmed. Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date, as a rule, and transfer fees are paid by the client. Prices are in Japanese yen, tax included. For clients outside Japan, the payment method and invoicing are confirmed individually after your inquiry.

As a guide: 2–3 weeks for ESSENTIAL, 4–6 weeks for SIGNATURE and 6–10 weeks for PREMIUM. This is counted from receipt of the down payment and once the necessary materials are in hand.

One for ESSENTIAL, two for SIGNATURE and three for PREMIUM. One revision means one round of feedback sent to us as a single batch. Fixing defects on Novaia Labs' side does not count.

A paid option that goes beyond the motion included in each plan: we design and add a motion experience that belongs only to your site. Motion within each plan's range costs nothing extra. Content and price are quoted after we talk.

No. We use motion only when it helps the purpose of the site. Loading speed, readability on phones and how the page looks when motion is stopped always come first. If it is not a good fit, we recommend the motion included in your plan.

As a rule, we ask you to set them up in your own name. Registration and renewal fees and paid hosting are not part of the base price. When they are needed, we explain in advance and proceed with your agreement.

No. For 30 days after launch, we fix defects related to the agreed specification free of charge. If you want maintenance after that, there is an optional care plan at ¥5,500 per month (tax included). If you do not sign up, there is no monthly fee to Novaia Labs (actual costs such as the domain are separate).

Yes. Every plan supports desktop, tablet and smartphone. We check in browsers before launch.

They are not part of the base price. We quote separately depending on what is needed. Please ask us first.

Yes. The whole process is online: inquiry, discussion, review of the Preview and delivery. We work on Japan Standard Time (UTC+9).

Yes. We can correspond in English or Japanese. The sample sites you can open on this site are in Japanese.

Prices are shown in Japanese yen (JPY), tax included. We do not publish converted prices. The payment method and invoicing for clients outside Japan are confirmed individually after your inquiry.
